Job Description:

As a Mystery Shopper, you will be responsible for visiting assigned locations (retail stores, restaurants, postal service, etc.) and evaluating the customer experience based on specific criteria. Your observations and feedback will help our clients enhance their service standards and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned locations and pose as a regular customer.
• Observe and evaluate customer service, product quality, cleanliness, and overall store environment.
• Complete detailed reports and surveys based on your experience.
• Provide constructive and actionable feedback to help businesses improve.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Adhere to deadlines and submission guidelines for reports.
• Minimum of 5 tasks per mounth

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
• Ability to provide clear, concise, and objective feedback.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable using technology to complete and submit reports.
• Access to a smartphone, computer, and reliable internet connection.
• No prior experience required, training will be provided.
